The luggage you use will all depend on your trip. Finding the right luggage will help make your trip easier, more streamlined and more organised. It is difficult to work out what is going to be just right for you – should it be smaller? Bigger? Maybe there should be more compartments?
The first thing to do is work out how much luggage you are going to need, depending on the length of your trip. If you are just going away on a city break, hand luggage should be perfectly sufficient. Of course, it depends on the nature of the trip as well – if the weather will be bad or you are going on a skiing trip, there will be a lot more to take with you.
You will also need to identify the type of luggage that will be best. If you are staying in budget accommodation and will be moving about a lot, think about a backpack. Otherwise, a suitcase will probably work best.
